DIFFERENT IS THE NEW NORMAL.
Thanks to the accumulated experience over four generations, we know meat. But maybe even more important, we know the so called ‘fifth quarter’ of the animal just as well and it has always caught our attention.
On one side, we trade the more common by-products to, for example, the pet food industry, ingredients manufacturing and for human consumption in export and local markets.
Additionally we develop supply for the lesser known animal raw material that often finds its application in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry as well as for medical devices. At times that involves a product that is not harvested yet.
Hence, we know this side of the business from head to tail. All though we still have been surprised a few times.
