NEW! Your own sourdough bread at home. During Anuga 2015 in Cologne we launched a smaller version of our quick-frozen sourdough slabs for the consumer. The retail version was very well received and won the award for best innovation in the frozen food category of the Anuga Taste 15 competition.
Consumers can let their imagination take over and make & bake any sourdough creation at home within 30 minutes.
