In December 2015 our importer in Iceland confirmed the first order for sourdough following our presenting the product during Anuga. We are pleased that since the introduction, also Iceland has adopted the new and improved way of making fresh sourdough bread. We will continue to support their efforts and inspiring them with new ideas.
